Ontario Review Board has legal jurisdiction over persons charged with criminal offences but found unfit to stand trial or criminally not responsible due to mental health disorders. Issues of mental health pose a special challenge. The Board determines their treatment plan, sentencing, rehabilitation and eventual re-integration back into mainstream community.

Harminder S. Dhillon is also a member of Legal Aid panels for Criminal and Family law matters and routinely performs Duty Counsel jobs in the criminal matters at Brampton courts. We accept Legal Aid certificates.
